So I had got busy with life and had forgot to pay my storage bill so my wife sent a check and talked to the lady and the lady never told my wife the exact amount also never said that they where going to foreclose on my storage unit on the first and never crossed our mind being we had sent a check we'll my wife called again today to see what the balance was and was told they sold my storage unit on the 1st of October! We never got a notice that they where doing this not to mention neither one of us got a phone call or voice mail saying this was going to happen. So what we where able to save from the flood we had last year they for the most part stole the rest of what we didn't lose. these are some shady sorry ass people and don't recommend doing any business with these people!!!! Getting my layer to deal with them!!
I rented a unit here for over a year and was treated terrible when moving out. The staff wasn't helpful in closing procedures, didn't return calls and on site personnel did nothing to help me close account and the management charged my card 2 weeks after I moved out. It is just a poorly run and unprofessional outfit. I've moved my things to a much better facility in Walker.
