Dear Livingston Parish school board my name is rachel swan and i have been bullyied by some kids from westside and walker freshman hiighschool i had wrote a review sayin why i have been bullyied if nothing gets done about it i will take them to ya'll and they will have to talk to ya'll about it! sincerily rachel swan
