Simple, clean, quiet RV park. Nice staff and very safe. DIDNT FLOOD during the great flood of 2016. We were high and dry the whole time! The owner dug the lake to built the land up for such situations. Nice place!
This is a true 5 star RV resort. I visited to hide from Hurricane Nate, not necessarily expecting “resort”, but looking for a place to park. This resort FAR exceeded my expectations. Not only did they make last minute room for me, the lot attendant on Saturday was absolutely the best I have found. Being a former full timer, that says a ton. The park has everything you could want. A “lounge”to escape the better half on Sunday, a pond with beautiful waterfowl, and an overall friendly feel are only a few of the outstanding features of this hidden gem. I would highly recommend this park for both the full timer and the weekend warrior.
So far everything is nice. Arrived after hours without a reservation (shame on us). Very accomidating since we are traveling through and just googled this park driving down I10 west. Both pull through and back in on double concrete pads. Time to relax and keep heading south west.
Large lake with swans ducks egrets herons coots this time of year for bird watching. Well laid out sidewalks around the lake. Lots of shade trees. Washateria. Well kept and clean. I'm just a mile off the Interstate 12.
Terribly ran place. Staff are nothing but liars. I tried to stay but they wouldn’t let me stay. Keep saying I had to leave yet they let others stay. The yard is full of fleas. And you’ll have to almost beg to get a monthly rental spot. Even though there’s empty spots. The staff especially the manager is a complete liar. They jack up prices around every holiday. But even if you have the money. They will treat you like they did me. They still won’t rent you anything
