Waste of time to come here. We thought we would try since the one in BR is always packed. Big mistake. The people are very rude and talk to customers like trash. The woman in the window who sits in a chair all day whines about how tired she is. Also at the end of the day the customers left inside waiting they have to serve only they will make up excuses why not to serve you such as its too late to do something or all of a sudden they dont except that form of payment. These people dont care about the customers. They give people ugly looks and act like they dont even want to help anyone. Why take a job if you arent willing to pull your weight? Also its very unorganized. The number pulling system is a joke. You might have 4 people in front of you and sit there 3 hours. Now another thing I noticed is employees engaging in unneeded interaction with customers. For instance they might know someone or realize they may have a mutual friend or whatnot and then instead of just getting the work done they sit at the booth and chat the whole time. But are quick to get an attitude and talk about how tired they are when someone gripes about how long its taking. You mean to tell me these employees are so tired from working a desk job that gives them the right to treat customers how they want?
I would score lower, ZERO, if they were possible. Over 2 hours to be seen to just take a motorcycle learners license test. NOT the actual driving portion. The WRITTEN part. The worst DMV I have EVER been to.
Great experience and service. Checked in at 1:01 and walked out at 1:27. The young lady who helped me was very courteous, pleasant and professional. Want to add had 3 different transactions to have completed. Thank you for your service.
Extremely long waits. At first it felt very confrontational and detached but after dealing with several of the employees they were doing their best to accommodate everyone in a job that is constantly changing. They need support because they are taking the pain for legislation they didn't have a hand in.
IF I COULD VOTE ZERO STARS I WOULD. This place is the worst DMV I've ever been to. I went there to get my drivers permit and ended up waiting at least 2-3 hours. There were only 2 people working in the windows with 10 open, and even the people working in the windows were playing on their phones and not even doing their job. The staff is rude and makes you not feel very welcomed either. I highly recommend a different DMV. Don't go to this one.
